REAL
CONNECTIONS
Come solo, leave connected. Not surface-level. The kind of conversations and relationships that actually stick.
WE HANDLE THE DETAILS
From meals to sessions to the space itself, it’s all taken care of. You just show up and be in it.
REAL
SHIFT
This isn’t surface-level. You’ll leave with clarity, perspective, and something that actually stays with you.
Shift Happens: Let’s Sift Through It Together
Shift Happens: Let’s Sift Through It Together
You arrive, settle in, and meet a group of people who quickly feel familiar. We open the space together and set intentions for the week ahead.
From there, the experience begins to unfold. Through guided sessions and honest conversation, you begin looking at what you’ve been carrying and where you are ready to grow.
Each day brings new insight and deeper understanding. The work asks you to step beyond your comfort zone and into a more honest relationship with yourself.
There is also space to pause and reflect. Time to walk, connect, or sit quietly and let things land.
Along the way, shared experiences like the temazcal and time in the cenotes deepen the process and bring everything to life.
By the end of the retreat, you leave with clarity about where you are and where you are going next.
Everything is taken care of so you can focus on the experience.
All you have to do is show up.

Trip Notes
This is a six day, five night experience designed to create a real shift.
You arrive, settle in, meet the group, and set the tone for the week. People tend to open up quickly here.
From there we get into the work. Guided sessions, honest conversations, and space to look at what’s ready to change. There will also be opportunities for one on one support along the way.
The days unfold naturally. Some moments are deep, some are light. There’s time to reflect, connect with others, or step away and let things settle.
By the end, people leave with more clarity about themselves and what comes next.
Everything is handled.
You just show up.
You’ll fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN).
Flights are not included, so you’ll book your own. Once you arrive, you have two options for getting to the retreat.
The retreat takes place in the Riviera Maya, near Tulum, about 75–90 minutes from Cancún Airport, in a peaceful jungle setting.
You can arrange your own transportation, or you can have us coordinate it for you.
If you choose to go through us, we’ll organize reliable transportation to and from the retreat. You can select one-way or round-trip depending on your needs, and we’ll add the cost to your booking.
Closer to the retreat, we’ll reach out to collect your flight details and make sure everything is coordinated smoothly.
Most guests choose to go through us so everything is handled.
Travel and medical insurance are not required, but they are strongly recommended.
Unexpected things can happen when traveling, and having coverage can give you peace of mind in case of delays, cancellations, or medical needs during the retreat.
If you already have coverage through a credit card or provider, you’re all set. If not, there are many simple options available online.
The retreat runs from Sunday, March 21, through March 26.
Plan to arrive on Sunday and depart on Friday.
Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
We’ll share recommended arrival and departure windows closer to the retreat to help everything flow smoothly.
If you’d like to arrive early or stay a bit longer, you’re welcome to do so on your own—we just ask that your retreat dates align with the schedule above.
We recommend booking flights that arrive before 2:00 PM and depart after 12:00 PM.
Last year was incredible, and the foundation we created is still very much alive.
This year we’ve made some changes based on what worked and what we want more of. The flow of the week is smoother, the space we’re using is even better, and we’ve built in more time for people to actually process what’s coming up instead of rushing from thing to thing.
The heart of it is the same. Real conversations. Real connection. Real shifts.
We just made the experience stronger.
Temazcal (sweat lodge), cenote time, group sessions, one-on-one sessions, and more.
Yes, meals are included.
We provide a full meal experience throughout the retreat, with a variety of options including vegan, vegetarian, and seafood or chicken-based dishes.
On your arrival day, you’ll be welcomed with an afternoon snack followed by dinner.
During the retreat, you’ll have daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
On the final day, breakfast is included before departure.
Meals are served buffet-style, making it easy to eat what feels right for you while still enjoying shared time with the group.
This is an alcohol- and drug-free experience designed to support clarity, presence, and deeper connection throughout the retreat.
We’ll be staying in a private retreat space in the Riviera Maya, about 15 minutes from Tulum, surrounded by nature in a peaceful jungle setting.
The property blends comfort with a more grounded, immersive feel. Rooms include air conditioning and private bathrooms, with both shared and private options available depending on your preference.
You’ll have access to thoughtfully designed spaces for both relaxation and connection, including a pool, dedicated workshop areas, and natural surroundings that make it easy to unplug and be present.
The retreat is also located near some of the area’s most beautiful spots, including cenotes and the beach just a short drive away.
Exact location details will be shared after booking.
Each day includes a mix of guided sessions, group experiences, and free time.
There’s a natural rhythm to the retreat, but nothing is overly rigid. You’ll have structure when it matters and space when you need it.
Yes. Daily cleaning and housekeeping services are provided throughout the retreat.
Yes. The retreat takes place in a peaceful area of the Riviera Maya that is well-traveled and commonly visited by international guests.
We partner with trusted local teams and coordinate the experience in a way that prioritizes safety, comfort, and ease from the moment you arrive.
Most of your time will be spent at the private retreat space or in nearby areas, and transportation can be arranged directly through us to keep everything simple and reliable.
As with any travel, basic awareness is always recommended, but guests consistently feel safe, supported, and at ease throughout the experience.
Mexico primarily uses the Mexican Peso (MXN), but U.S. dollars are often accepted in many places.
For small purchases, tips, or local spots, it’s helpful to have some pesos on hand. ATMs are widely available at the airport and nearby towns if you need to withdraw cash.
Most major places accept credit and debit cards, but we recommend bringing a mix of both card and cash for flexibility.
If you plan to book transportation or extras through us, we’ll let you know the best way to pay ahead of time.
Tipping is appreciated in Mexico but always optional.
Drinking water will be provided throughout the retreat.
We recommend sticking to filtered or bottled water for drinking, which will be readily available on-site. The retreat space is set up with this in mind, so you won’t need to worry about sourcing safe water.
For everyday use like showering and brushing your teeth, the water is fine to use as normal.
As with any travel, it’s best to avoid drinking tap water directly unless it’s been filtered.
Absolutely, and most people do.
Coming on your own is one of the best ways to experience this. It gives you the space to fully show up as yourself, without distractions or expectations.
We know it can feel a little uncertain at first, but that usually fades quickly. The environment is intentionally designed to be welcoming, and connections tend to form naturally from the start.
You won’t feel like the only one. Many guests arrive solo, and it doesn’t take long before you feel part of the group.
Yes, WiFi is available at the retreat space.
That said, many guests choose to disconnect more than usual while they’re here. You’ll have access when you need it, but the environment naturally encourages being present.
We may capture select moments throughout the retreat, but nothing will feel intrusive or take away from the experience.
Toward the end of the retreat, we typically set aside time for intentional group photos so everyone has something to remember the experience by.
We always aim to be respectful of personal space and comfort. If you prefer not to be included in photos or videos, you’re welcome to let us know.
All payments are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of retreat planning and limited availability, once your spot is secured, it is reserved specifically for you.
If something comes up, you are welcome to transfer your spot to someone else, as long as we’re notified in advance and they complete the booking process.
We recommend travel insurance for added protection in case of unexpected changes.
All guests will be required to complete a health and liability waiver prior to attending the retreat.
By booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and well-being during the experience. While we create a safe and supportive environment, participation in retreat activities is voluntary and at your own discretion.
Additional details and the waiver will be provided after booking.
A valid passport is required to travel to Mexico.
Your passport must be valid for the duration of your stay. As a general rule, we recommend having at least 6 months of validity remaining beyond your travel dates to avoid any potential issues.
We suggest checking your passport well in advance to make sure everything is up to date.
This experience is designed to support you, but it’s still important to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
We’ll have water, meals, and space to rest built into the retreat, so you can stay grounded and well throughout your time here.
You’re always encouraged to take what you need—whether that’s participating fully, taking a break, or simply having a moment to yourself.
No prior experience is needed.
Everything is designed to meet you where you are, whether this is your first retreat or something you’ve done before.
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, light layers, swimwear, and anything you’d want for both relaxation and light activity.
Closer to the retreat, we’ll send a more detailed packing list so you know exactly what to expect.
